TFB is a leading multinational (Egypt-Poland) merchandise company, representative for the European Union market in Egypt, steel,wood,tires.others, we have several branches, currently seeking to recruit a young & dynamic Marketing Specialist(out door), from import and export background in Egypt and with the following combination of knowledge, capabilities and motivation.
The person would require to:
Job Description
The basic function of the job is to ensure that all marketing issues that impact The Company in that country are addressed in a manner that is consistent with the company corporate plan.
1. Developing the company’s sales nationally by participating in the national fairs and managing all promotional activities.
2. - Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions. Strategy.
3. - Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
4. Managing all logistics activities according to the customers\\\' needs and to keep pricing structure at the most competitive level.
5. . To demonstrate high level of customer satisfaction by continuously being in touch with the clients and the customers
6. Ensure accuracy and relevance, easiness of customers’ data capturing and update all contact points levels.
7. Create and suggest marketing strategies..
8. Arrange face to face meetings with existing ,potential and new client
9. Resolve customer queries within a reasonable time
10. Maintain accurate records
11. Maintain display & visibility of company products
12. Provide information required by management
13. Organize and implement all other marketing activities
14. Other tasks as required
Skills
1. Bachelor’s marketing or business administration degree or equivalent work experience required
2. Microsoft software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
3. Candidates must have marketing experience and exposure to import and export space preferably import environment.
4. Must be organized
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
6. Reasonable oral/written communication skills (all applicants must have a reasonable grasp of the English and Arabic)
7. Trust, Service Quality, Teamwork, Coordination, Building relationship, Confident,, positive, and a constructive team player, Presentable , Self-disciplined, intelligent, responsible and presentable, Positive, enthusiastic .
8. Interpersonal skills, team work and a can-do attitude a must,very good listener.
9. Driving license and a car are assets

ترغب الشركة فى ان تتوافر لدى المتقدم للوظيفة المعرفة و الخبرات و القدرات الاتية:
المهام الوظيفية:
العامل الرئيسى فى الوظيفة هو التاكد من ان كل ما يتعلق بالتسويق للشركة فى هذا البلد يتم بصورة تتوافق والخطة الموضوعة من قبل الشركة للوصول الى مكانة معينة فى السوق المصرى.
1. القيام بكافة اعمال التسويق فى الشركة بما فيها وضع توصيات لفتح اسواق جديدة و الدراسة المستمرة للمنتجات و الخدمات التى تقدمها الشركة و مطابقتها مع احتياجات السوق
2. تطوير و تنمية مبيعات الشركة محليا بالاشتراك بالمعارض المحلية و الاهتمام بجميع انشطة الترويج للشركة وخدماتها ومنتجاتها.
3. ارسال العروض التقديمية والخاصة بخدمات و منتجات الشركة الجديدة للعملاء الحاليين و الجدد و المحتملين.
4. وضع خطط للتواصل و زيارة العملاء المحتملين لعرض خدمات و منتجات الشركة المختلفة و توضيح التفاصيل الفنية.
5. المشاركة فى تطوير الخطط طويلة المدى و الخاصة بتحديد فرص الاعمال و الاسواق الجديدة.
6. تحقيق اعلى مستوى من ارضاء العميل و ذلك بالمتابعة المستمرة و الاتصال الدائم بالعملاء.
7. تحقيق الدقة و سهولة حصول العملاء على المعلومات و تحديث سبل الاتصال .
8. ابتكار و اقتراح خطط تسويقية.
9. ترتيب اجتماعات مباشرة مع العملاء الحاليين و الجدد و المحتملين.
10. حل اى تساؤلات او شكاوى للعملاء فى وقت قياسى.
11. الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة سواء لخدمات الشركة و منتجاتها او عملائها
12. تزويد الادارة بما تطلبه من معلومات
13. تنظيم و تنفيذ كل ما يتعلق بانشطة التسويق الاخرى
14. كل ما يستجد من مهام اخرى من قبل الادارة
المهارات المطلوبة
1. شهادة عليا فى التسويق اوادارة الاعمال او ما يساويها بخبرة مناسبة فى مجال التسويق (خاصة الاستيراد و التصدير)
2. مهارة فى استخدام الحاسب الالى و الانترنت
3. خبرة مناسبة من 3الى7سنوات فى مجال التسويق و خاصة الاستيراد و التصدير
4. يجب ان يكون منظم
5. القدرة على القيام باكثر من مهمة و تحديد اكثر من اولوية.
6. معرفة مناسبة للغتين العربية و الانجليزية (تحدثا و كتابة)
7. اهل للثقة،قادر على بناء علاقات،ايجابى وواثق من قدراته،حسن المظهر،القدرة على تحمل المسئولية،مستمع جيد جدا.
